Block Booking Discounts
Block Booking Discounts are available for multiple sessions of a particular treatment. These are time limited with an expiration date:
5x Indian Head Massage sessions (use within 3 Months from purchase) – Saving £25;
5x Reiki sessions (use within 6 Months from purchase) – Saving £30;
10x Breath4LifeTM sessions (use within 12 Months from purchase) – Saving £60.

Please note:
All appointments are required to be paid for in full at the time of making the appointment(s).
Cancellation of Single Appointments:
By Client:-
– By at least 48hrs prior to appointment time: repayment of appointment in full.
– Less than 48hrs but at least 24hrs prior to appointment time: 50% repayment of appointment charges.
– Less than 24hrs prior to appointment time: at our discretion.
By Ourselves:-
– By at least 48hrs prior to appointment time: full refund of that appointment.
– At less than 48hrs prior to appointment time: full refund of that appointment and an appointment within 6 weeks, for the same treatment, free.
Cancellation of Block booked Appointments:
By Client:-
– At least 48hrs notice prior to appointment time: an alternative appointment to be made within 1 month of the last booked appointment in the series of bookings.
– Less than 48hrs but at least 24hrs notice prior to appointment time: 50% refund of appointment pro rata charges; or an alternative appointment to be made within 1 month of the last booked appointment in the series of bookings – to be at our discretion.
– Less than 24hrs prior to appointment time: at our discretion.
By Ourselves:-
– At least 48hrs notice prior to appointment time: an alternative appointment made or full refund.
– Less than 48hrs notice prior to appointment time: two alternative appointments to be made or one pro rata appointment charge to be refunded as per client’s choice.
